TriV Youth Make A Difference

Contributing to Our Community: The Kindness Project

Two TriV youth members participated in The Kindness Project in their school to raise funds for a wheelchair through the Wheelchair Foundation.  They brought a classic youth fund raising activity of old to new generations for a good cause!

Eazy Peazy, Lemon Squeezy, 2 Thumbs Up Lemonade

Written By Amit and Wyatt

We are doing a lemonade stand, so we can collect at least $150 to donate to the Wheelchair Foundation. Everyone who needs a wheelchair can have some fun time with their family and won’t have to worry about being laughed at, or walk around using their hands.

Since it was for a good cause, we thought of selling fresh lemonade to everyone by making lemonade from scratch. We squeezed it, mixed it and made it ready to serve. We had fun in making this and happy.

Our Making video can you seen at Video

Our first stop was at TriValley Coderdojo. It was a success and everyone loved the lemonade we made. During the lemonade selling period, we offered a buy 1 get 1 free coupon and that made a lot of people come and buy lemonade from us.

Thank You TriValley Coderdojo for letting us be there and selling lemonade.
